Returns

 

We allow all products with original receipt to be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. All items must be in new condition to be eligible for a refund. 

 

You can return everything you ordered from WANDERBYD.COM within 14 days of receipt. Simply contact returns@wanderbyd.com with your order number  to receive the address where to ship the jewelry to. Please note that we have to deduct the shipping cost from your refund. (You can find the costs here.) For German clients we'll refund the paid amount -4,90€ (shipping costs). Delivery and return costs are not refundable.

 

We accept returns in new condition with original packaging only, which means tags and jewelry cards attached as well as jewelry bag(s) and gift box, for a full refund.

Pack the item(s) securely in the original package. Please do not return item(s) in envelopes. Packaging item(s) in this manner may damage them. If you cannot send your packing slip, you must include your order number, billing name and address with the item(s). Clearly address the package label with our returns facility destination address you will receive when contacting returns@wanderbyd.com  Take the package to any post office to have your package shipped to the provided address. You may wish to insure your package for the full replacement value with your chosen carrier. You need to cover the return shipping costs.  

 

For international customers please note that original shipping charges as well as any duties or fees are not refundable. You may choose the shipping carrier of your choice, but return shipping charges are also not refundable. Wanderbyd is unable to accept returns from international customers for unpaid customs taxes and fees, incorrectly addressed orders or refused shipments.

We are also not responsible for lost returned packages, and we recommend you insure and track your package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment.

Return processing normally takes between 7-14 business days. Once we receive your return we will need a couple of days to process this. Then your bank will process the refund. We will be sure to send an email out to you as soon as your return has been processed.

 

Exchanges

We don’t accept exchanges, but you’re welcome to go ahead and return the item and place a new order.

 

NOTE:

All item(s) must be returned in new condition, in the original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit. All return shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer. Keep the return tracking number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is received by our Returns Department.

 

Items with Custom Personalisation

All sales are final and customized/personalized items cannot be returned. No refunds, merchandise credits or exchanges will be given.
